On October 27th, it was learned from China Railway Harbin Group Co., Ltd. that the hot-running test of the railway electrification renovation project from Weihe to Yabulinan Station was successfully completed, marking the completion of the railway infrastructure renovation project for the 9th Asian Winter Games in 2025.

China Railway Harbin Group Co., Ltd. launched six railway infrastructure renovation projects in April this year, including the renovation of Yabulixi Railway Station building, Yabulinan Railway Station facilities, Yabuli Railway Station equipment update, and Weihe-Yabulinan Railway Station electrification renovation. Through the arduous efforts day and night, railway builders have completed all projects, further enhancing the transportation capacity of the interval railway.

During the Asian Winter Games, Yabulixi Station are planned to increase the number of high-speed railway trains departing the station to 40 times, and Yabulinan Station is planned to operate 3 special line trains for the Asian Winter Games, including 1 direct regular train from Beijing to Yabulinan Railway Station, making it convenient for passengers from outside the province to travel directly to Yabuli. On the basis of the existing 10 regular speed trains, Yabuli Railway Station has operated additional trains according to passenger demand in order to better meet the development of ice and snow economy and competition needs in Heilongjiang Province, enhance the travel experience of athletes, spectators and tourists from all over the country, and provide strong transportation support for the transportation services of the Asian Winter Games.
